What I collect
When you reach out through the contact form, I collect your email address and whatever you choose to write in your message. That’s it. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Consulting engagements
Consulting work happens inside your systems: your repositories, your infrastructure, your accounts. I do not copy client data out of a client’s environment, and anything I learn during an engagement is treated as confidential. Data handling for a specific engagement is governed by that engagement’s written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
The firstPass product
The firstPass product uses read-only OAuth access to ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Data is queried live and never stored, cached, or retained on firstPass servers. Your credentials are never visible to firstPass; authentication is handled entirely through OAuth. Ad data is passed directly to the AI service you choose (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) and is subject to that service’s own privacy policy.
Third parties
I do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, which handles your submission for delivery and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. The only information stored is what you send through the contact form.
