What firstPass is
firstPass is an independent AI consulting practice, and separately offers a product that provides read-only integrations between advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and AI assistants. These terms cover use of this website and the product. Consulting engagements are governed by the written agreement for each engagement, which takes precedence over this page.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts and for any actions taken based on AI-generated output. firstPass provides information and engineering work, not financial or legal advice.
Product data access
By connecting your ad accounts to the product, you grant firstPass read-only OAuth access to query campaign performance data. You can revoke this access at any time through your ad platform settings.
Limitations
The product is provided “as is” during its beta and carries no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or availability. AI-generated output should be verified before acting on it.
